KAYE LEVY grew up on Amelia Island, Florida. After college, she joined the Peace Corps and went to Nigeria, West Africa to teach. While there, she met and married her husband, John, also a Peace Corps volunteer.

Kaye’s love of teaching has continued throughout her life. She has taught in Montesorri schools and more recently, has taught parenting classes. Traveling and living in other cultures has been a life long passion and has inspired her art. Later in life, the art of Zantangling drew her in and that turned into a more intuitive form of drawing which she transfers to cards and tote bags.

Kaye recently collaborated with her friend, Sharon, on their poetry/art book, Walk with Me. She has two children, Shanti and Adam and six grandchildren, Chelsea, Zak, Ella, Calum, and twins, Drew and Oliver.

She now lives on a peaceful creek in Gloucester, VA and recently enjoyed a trip with Sharon and another girlfriend through some of the Southwest’s most beautiful sites. More art to come!
